[br][br]Constance Claire (Higgins) DeRoshia entered into rest on February 8, 2016. The daughter of Everett and Garda Higgins, Connie grew up in Spokane and attended Lewis & Clark High School. She married Garland DeRoshia of Spokane in 1948. The couple had two children. Connie retired from St. Luke's Hospital. She is survived by her children, Brian DeRoshia and Ann DeRoshia, and by her two grand children, Alice and Julia DeRoshia. Connie loved the seasons and their holidays. She was always ready to find a new experience. As a child growing up in Spokane, Connie enjoyed Lincoln Park on 17th Ave and learned to swim at Natatorium Park. Thank you Spokane. We will miss our dear mother's smile.
