[br][br]On December 23, 2014 Edward (Ned) Gallup of Rathdrum Idaho, age 67, went to be with the Lord.
Ned was born October 1, 1947 in Denver, Colorado. He and his family moved to Seattle Washington when he was 3 years old and remained throughout his childhood.
As a young man he served our country in Vietnam.
He worked for the City of Spokane as an Electrical inspector, he love his job and colleagues very much. He was also very passionate about teaching and taught HVAC classes in Spokane.
Ned was an avid fisherman who enjoyed his time on the lake fishing with friends and family. Ned was dedicated to catch and release as you can see by his requested photo, the great release after an awesome catch. This time as he was preparing the fish for release it clamped down on his hand with one big chomp and boy did he and his two boys get a good laugh out of that. Those of you who knew Ned, I'm sure, can hear that contagious laugh as you're reading this.
Ned's genuine spirit made him stand out. He was loved by all he met and will be greatly missed.
