[br][br]Jan passed away on July 26, 2013. He was born in Poland on Feb. 24, 1923. He came to the United States in 1950 with his family. He was a life long laborer. He loved to garden and did so until his health failed. He is survived by his children, Judy, John Jr, Helen and four grandchildren Family only service
