[br][br]Maynard, Wayne (age 68) of Spokane, WA passed away March 20, 2014 at Royal Park Care Center. Wayne was born to Addie & Jesse Maynard in New London, CT on March 6, 1946. He leaves behind his sister, Shirley Virdini of Groton, CT, Sons: Erik, Ed and Kris (Paula), daughter Karin and grandsons Joshua, David and Nathan. Wayne served his country in the Navy during the Vietnam War. Following his time in the service he worked most of his years as a cook for Holiday Inn West, on Sunset Hill. A private service will be held at Spokane Veterans' Cemetery on April 4, 2014.
